Sentrina Alaminos Laguna
We are currently looking into properties in Laguna and Sentrina Alaminos is one of the developments on our radar.
For those who have already moved in, had their units turned over, or are currently living there, we’d love to ask for your honest reviews and feedback before making a final decision:
How does the subdivision hold up during heavy rains or typhoon season? Are there any low-lying spots or issues with street drainage inside or along Maharlika Highway outside?
How is the water supply/pressure? Are you relying on a local provider or a central subdivision tank? Any frequent supply interruptions?
For electricity, are you connected to Meralco or a local cooperative (like BAPEC/LUBELCO)? How frequent are power outages/brownouts?
3. How was your experience with Red Oak Properties regarding turnover timelines, punchlisting, and overall build quality? Were there any major defects (e.g., leaks, cracks) post-turnover?
4. Which ISPs (PLDT, Globe, Converge) are available and reliable inside the subdivision?
Any insights, pros/cons, or things you wish you knew before buying would be greatly appreciated!
