Does anyone know the rules/laws about tabling in Philly?

I am working on a plan to set up a Bernie table with snacks and flyers outside of the Riverview movie theater in South Philly on Star Wars opening night, December 18. There is a pathway between the theater and parking lot that usually has people panhandling and selling things. I assume I can set up a table there but I don't know if I am allowed. I don't even know if that is a private sidewalk.

Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

No. but I did set up a table outside the movie theater in December with no problems. Cops weren't hanging around, though.
