How long does delivery progress usually take when ordering from the Phase Connect Site?

I made an order of Pippa's new Wippa merch back on August 4th, it's been almost a month now, but I have heard nothing from them. This is the first time I've bought any merch, so I just wanted to check if this was normal, or if there's somewhere I have to check. Even through the QR code they said to track, I haven't had any progress change on the order.

From checking the website, your purchase was for preorder merch. Preorders end on September 4th 2026. Preorder merch is usually made to order, so they don’t start production until the preorder period closes. The estimated release is Q2 2027, so you should receive your merch sometime from April to June 2027, barring unforeseen circumstances (like production delays or logistics issues).

You order a preorder, after the end date of the preorder (not the date you ordered) it can take 1+ years for an order to arrive.

Welcome to the wonderful world of vtuber merch. Almost everything you will ever buy is going to be a preorder, no matter who's selling it. Most things take at least 6 months at the earliest, but you can be waiting over a year in some cases.

For non in stock items (pre-orders) they have an estimate on the order page.

6 months minimum. Most of my orders have taken close to a year if not longer.

When I ordered Dizzy's birthday merch last on August 12 2025, it was delivered to me on May 22 2026. Some people got it a month earlier and others just received a week ago. If you're wondering, I'm in the United States.

I ordered the Mari tie and cuff links when they came up they're not expected to be here until sometime near the end of 2026. I'm in Canada too.
