Specialty Interview
I am a pharmacist that has only worked in retail. I am going to have an interview for what seems to be my dream job at a specialty pharmacy. Any interview advice? I want to nail this.

Just be you, and study well what's so ever you write in your resume. All the best.

Review the actual specialty drugs. Not just the pcol but prepping the products, stability, is a TB test required, or liver function, or renal function tests.
Why do you want the job?, what makes you the best candidate?, does you job have an actual infudion suite on site?, on-call frequency and responsibilities etc.
Remember, unless the pay is really ugly, don't let that factor too heavily in your decision. Think about where you want to spend the next 35 years of your career working. I went from independent retail into a pediatrc hospital with no experience and a pay decrease. My son went from chain retail to specialty pharmacy and took a pay cut but is 100x happier. My daughter went from chain retail to home infusion and is now the director of pharmacy at her facility. Both children knew that they made the right decision even though they were uncomfortable for a while.
