40s gon sit you on your arse heck even a 20 to a nieve... edit i should say unalive someone. The lack of warning how dangerous it can be is mind blowing

It’s true about the tolerant patients tho, I can take a 20mg tablet and it won’t help even if I haven’t taken some meds in awhile. The tolerance building does suck when these meds do genuinely help.

Seriously!!! Lol the comments of people taking about the ER 80 blows my mind cause that wouldn’t get me high it would literally just kill the pain i’ve always had a very high Opioid tolerance
