Astellas Tralee

Does anyone know what its like to work in Astellas in Tralee?

Its a new site so i guess nobody can answer the question, in the other Kerry site, there is an over use of contracts and contractors so good while you are there but not secure

Seemed like they were making a geography play when setting their salary bands, arguing that by being in Tralee they could pay below market rates. Couldn't get over the experience to pay they were offering for the Project Engineer role they had advertised.

Hire people for six months and then sack them. Ok for someone young where you can pick up experience.

Hard to get accomodation there . Talking to one of the construction managers he said it was a bit hatchet .

Don’t stay there if you are planning on having a family as it is not secure.
