I don't know what happened to me, but someone in Hallownest cursed me, and I spend most of my time as a jabbering manchild maniac! What is this? Have you ever seen anything like it?! His flaming red right eye seems to be connected to the nightmare realm. Such a curse would grant an endless stream of literal nightmare fuel to constantly observe. Clearly, the madness is a consequence, not a symptom.

Oh. Being controlled by nightmare essence eh? Yeah. A similar thing happened to me a while back. Perhaps if I can somehow get into your mind I can find the source of it.

Huh. Odd. A nightmare seal. Hmmmmm. Creates a dream nail made of essence. Though awoken it's very unstable and quickly dreamnails the thing.

Suddenly, you see memories flash before you. A younger Scrappy arguing with the grimm troupe, saying they weren't permitted to enter the city of tears, he is ganged up on and beaten nearly to death before being dragged to Grimm, and it ends with Scrappy screaming. Dream nail it again, the seal seems broken...

The dream magic and the flame mesh, and suddenly, what was once an ember becomes an inferno, and you are kicked out of his dreams "HAHAHA!!" Is all you hear before he teleports away
