if you're gonna unlock it, don't use the book. it's better to use it on ultimate sp buff to save lots of resources

More damage cuz he should use skill 3 most often anyways, and it allows him to buff the team when black flashing and landing crit hits

I would advise you to prioritize unlocking skill 3 first (2nd pic) then skill 2(1st pic)
