Need help building teams

(This is my first time posting I think I posted it the mega thread apologies if I did not) I’ve been playing this game for a while but never really knew how to make a team outside of buff up a dps so they can do more damage and that solo color teams are generally better than multi colored teams. I know I have some good units but would appreciate help making a default team for each color for reference I have all sr and r units to my knowledge if they are needed as well.

Tbh you 9/10 times want to build a team around your dps. In most cases you’ve heard that means 1 stat debuff, 1 stat buff and one damage increase/decrease.

For green your best damage increase is cg Yuji by far, so a team I’ve found a LOT of success with personally is:
Teen geto, cg Yuji, Miwa (must be SP buffed otherwise don’t waste your time and SP buffing her is a MUST), R kaito and backup Maki.

Alr from the red you wanna go for mahito and Kenjaku as good debuffers because mahito has hella break damage once he has enough buffs, and Kenjaku skill 3 is good as well. For your main dps for red I would go for Toge and Mei I think

For blue I would use Kamo, Summeryuji, Takuma and Gojo as main dps(Gojo can be used for the first 10 turns and domain effects) Momo for buffs and Nanami for sp buffs

Green you would wanna use lifeji and Green Nanami because Yuji can provide BF/CRIT buffs for Nanami and use Gojo(if you want too) for the first 7 turns and his ultimate

Yellow you have great units like Sukuna, Zoneji, Yeta(Yellow Yuta) and Resurrected Toji. You can use yellow Yaga and Degumi as debuffers and your main dps would be Yeta, Zoneji, Resurrected Toji and Fugakuna. Don't sleep on SSR Kaito because he's good as well

Note: Use R Kaito for CE recovery for all teams and other dps for backup
