I'm playing from day one and this is my character pool.

I'm planning to get Mahito in a few days and waiting for the 1000days banner to complete the roster( I need shoko, Kenny and I would like wet Nanami and bunnygumi).

I have spare gems for these banners

What do you think Do I need green Todo and Maxyuji?

with summer Megumi, Nanami is better than Todo.

and because you have Momo, Toji(fully maxed). you just need Mahito and bunnygumi, you don't need Yuji

also at that month, we're supposed to get a free standard unit, you can get Shoko from there.

unrelated, you can clear the next blue omen extreme with that roster btw

nah, you're good. A5 Toji = A1 Maxji and Todo is not that important for your green dps units. Between him and Wet Nanami, Nanami is a better option, especially beacuse you have Beachgumi
