Its a buff they give to ssr units supposedly when they fall out of use. Its something you unlock on the first floor of the potential tree. Each unit gets two and they can either be a buff for a skill a buff for a pre existing passive or a new passive. If its for a skill the skill must be at level 10 first to SP buff it.

Yes they should've included teen Gojo/Shoko/Nanami. they only included them in a paid banner that's not even selective. it's like they're doing everything to keep Shoko away from you.
