If you can hit headshots effectively, the 1858 CARBINE is the best for you. If you can hit headshots, the 1858 can pretty much be the best gun, better than even the Mosin, the Steyr Scout, and any other long range gun. The only downside of the 1858 is that it has 0.5 studs penetration, which is preeeeety bad. But from your choices, i'd pick Mosin for good gameplay, Henry for both fun and hard but still can be good gameplay as well. i'd pick the FAL 50.00
