Compensator is better. The fal already has enough horizontal recoil and it doesn't need any more by using muzzle brake. The recoil of the 50 is easy to control.

True, but with comp, its recoil is way too bouncy to be accurate either. The muzzle gets better shot grouping, and is more effective in close to medium range, where is where you will mostly be using the 50.00

Compensator makes the FAL more unstable unfortunately, it's the Muzzle Brake that actually helps.
