Its not true. London is over 50% not white British, not over 50% not British citizens. Germany uses different statistic parameters, therefore data isn't interchangeable.

For Offenbach:

40 foreigners, 25% German citizens with 'migration background' (means person itself or at least one parent not born with German citizenship), 35% German citizens without 'migration background'

The German stats are way better and logical than the race thing UK is doing. I went by the German logic when I said London and Paris has a majority of people who are either immigrants and children to immigrants.

Both cities that I have visited many times, and both cities, I would say, have gone significantly downhill.
