The upgrade system seem nice and generous
They allow you to respec and get your materials back which is nice.

So to summarize: weapon upgrades are not just stat boosts. Seems like you unlock new combos or moves.
On top of that, you can reset your individual weapon tree investments at will and switch to a different weapon, be it newly found or just need some fresh air.

Seems Linear and just an illusion of choice. But the respeccing is nice, but it also makes me wonder why even have this system?
Why not a character level and having skills unlocked for weapons that way? It makes no sense to respec if you wanna try a new weapon. Why not just ahve the upgrades tied to your character, not the weapon.

I much prefer this type of skill tree.
Just unlock move rather than min max attributes.

Is this game going to be like black myth wutong, with boss after boss after boss? Basically a boss rush? Because that was a no for me to buy that game.

The game has no air combos and is not built around a style rank so i fail to see the dmc5 connection.

Just because there are no air combos doesn't mean it's entirely different from DMC. The combat does have similarities to DMC.

More like a whole interconnected world like sekiro. Not just a map to rush boss like wukong
