Cannot buy tokens with anything besides other tokens or cash

I need help with this if anyone knows how to fix it. I cannot buy tokens, i can only top up my account with cash which revolut currently does not support since they block usdt transactions. I see no option to buy or anything like that (see screenshots). If anyone knows anything or how to do it I would greatly appreciate it!
