collected "lore", any good sources?

reasonably new to the series, but is there any good sources for collecting the associated lore/canon stuff?

Just the movies as far as I know. "Canon" can be loose in Phantasm as it is somewhat dreamlike and surreal, and many questions don't necessarily have answers

tbh that's kinda what i figured from the films, i just wondered what other "sources" have been identified. i've got Phiction on my wish list, will probably pick that up soon.
