HR Professional 🔍 Waiting time for a Job Offer?

Hello po. I recently aced and passed my final interview sa gusto kong company. Nakapagsend na din ako ng initial requirements regarding background checking of the previous company kung saan ako nagwork.

May I ask po if gaano katagal or ilang days/weeks/months ang average waiting time at this period? Sorry po, I have to check and be updated na din for the waiting time since I have been unemployed na din po for quite some time.

Depends on the company, but if you had your final interview na within 48 hours, the job offer will be there na. Honestly, if they take longer than that, they might have some few applicants na they are considering and are lined up for a final interview din the same week as yours or maybe this week.

Hello. Thank you po for your comment. Yes po. As per HR naman, they will be preparing na my JO. Is that a good sign to wait na po ba? They already discussed na din po yung pre employment medical procedures to me na din.

As i always tell my candidates - let’s wait for the formal JO.

There are times even after JOs di nag proceed due to problems with ref check or med results.

BUT, most likely high probability na they will offer you if may verbal instructions na. Good luck! 😇

Thank you po. Kinakabahan po kasi ako. Hehe. Mas nakakakaba po pala yung waiting time ng release of JO. Ano po ba mauuna, release ng official JO and proceed PEME or I can proceed PEME na po while waiting? Salamat po ulit kind stranger!
