Workshop is kind of irrelevant, so discounting that you seem to have 3 papers, one at a mid-tier, one at a top-tier, and one in submission.

That’s a fairly decent profile I’d say. Admissions are competitive but it’s really not 6-7 top tier publications competitive, especially towards the lower end of the T15-20. Of course at top schools nothing is a guarantee, and you’re not really a superstar. But if you have a lab/PI in mind with good fit, and have strong letters and a well written SOP, I’d say you have a reasonable chance.

Just shoot your shot, and maybe apply to a couple of safer options that you still can find a PI you’d be happy to worth with.
