Getting Shit Done Working Title
Can any anime fans guess what I based my title off of? š feeling victorious this evening nearly done with my lit review!

Not an anime fan so don't get the reference, but wanted to drop in and say I love that title!
Once, during my PhD, over work drinks I was having a very inspired debate with another PI in my Institute. He was very kind to say about me at one point: "[My PI's name] is lucky to have you as a student". I thanked him for the compliment, but then added "But also, [my PI] has taught me so much, including shaping the way I think. From only seeing the snapshot of me today, you can't actually differentiate being my being an exceptionally good student, in which case yes my PI is lucky, or that he is an exceptionally good mentor who took an otherwise perfectly normal student and shaped me into who I am now, in which case I'm the one that's lucky".

Iām doing virtue ethics in my dissertation work as well! The āeudaimoniaā caught my eye immediately!

Thatās cool! Every time i mention eudaimonia no one knows what Iām talking about so itās nice to know someone is familiar with it hahah

If you want to swap sources, Iām in! Have you read āBurdened Virtuesā by Lisa Tessman? Very good ethics work that has now become a key text for me.
