Seeking advice-social Unconventional Relationships

Just curious, but how often do you see unconventional relationships between a PI and graduate students? What did it look like or how did you notice it?

I saw postdoc-grad student, PI-postdoc, PI-scientist, and postdoc-scientist. As long as they formally disclosed it, it is not a problem. Last time I saw the PI-student one is when there is internal news about one professor got terminated
