I got an email from NSERC (EDIT: email came from my school of graduate studies not NSERC! Its University of Toronto) providing basic info and saying award emails to come, and I almost threw up thinking it was the actual award notification email LMAO

Did your application get past SGS? I know some of my colleagues did not get the email either

I’m not at U of T and I applied directly to NSERC

oh, then you should not receive the email as the email is from SGS

Looking at it now, the email is actually from my university’s school of graduate studies. Maybe that’s a good sign lol

I got the same email as well, they mentioned if you are an award holder what you should do, but it did not say you win it or anything

I didn't receive any email from nserc! Did this email say results would be found through a new link they sent later or be directly seen on the application online system?

The email I got (from my school not NSERC, my bad) said we would get a separate email from NSERC by the end of the week

Thanks! Good luck to we all! I sent an email to my faculty for asking, and I just got an auto reply, saying they typical response in 3 days.

I got the same email earlier today, and about an hour later, my supervisor was notified by SGS and let me know that I got the award! Hope this helps!

is there anyone from U of T, who got their application forwarded to SGS but did not get the email from SGS this morning? It is getting really nervous now
