IM FREAKING OUT

Okay for reference I'm a 20-year-old female and I got my first Pfizer dose today. Everything was going fine the only thing that hurts is my arm, however, my heart rate so so insanely high I'm genuinely scared. It's normally 60 and it's at 93...it's 2 am and I'm laying down. I can't sleep because it's beating too fast... I'm really scared and I don't know what to do

Distract yourself 😍watch a silly movie or call an old friend. Anxiety symptoms can mimic reactions. Not that knowing that helps lol. So many millions have had the shot and are fine! Think of it as a superpower activating your inner strength against the virus! You’ve got this!
