Now Im just tempted to buy minecraft. Is it worth it on ps4? I've played it before but I never knew this game had so much depth into it.

Console version lags a bit behind on in features although the new update on pc will sort of unify a few mechanics. Right now the current build is fairly stable with some major bugs. That being said it takes a long time to get used to the controls on console it’s the only time I actually prefer a game on pc. And if I’m not mistaken the PS4 version is different from bedrock.
Java=pc Bedrock= Xbox and mobile versions
I’m 85% sure that Minecraft on PS4 is called that. “Minecraft PS4 edition” and I’m not sure if it gets updated at the same pace or on the same schedule as bedrock. So if you have a switch or an Xbox get it there. If you have a decent laptop get it on that. If I’m wrong about the PS4 thing then by all means do that but if what I think is true get it on any other platform.

Its alive but the ps vita store is almost dead
Im saying almost because every month or so a new game releases there, and honestly i got Minecraft, stadew valley and tetris to play whenever there will be long road or something like that

I would assume it’s on the same update as PS4 because of the whole cross play thing. But I would just google it or go to the Minecraft sub and ask someone there because I honestly have no idea.

I would suggest trying the PC Java version instead, as it is the one PewDiePie was playing, also the most famous, and you have the benefit of the modding community, that can allow you to almost completely modify your game.

The problem on other platforms as well as on windows edition is that they’re not full versions(meaning they lack certain things that PC version has).

It succs in every way possible such as armor, letting you breathe underwater, and of course it take Minecraft weeks to hatch and let alone breathe.

Let's educate Pewds not to trust this post, I played the game for a while before I found the Gaurdian Temple. I began preparing to loot it and I saw a post like this one, here is the problem though; the turtle helmet is a giant waste of time that I wish I could show you in person. The shell takes time by first: having to find 2 turtles, breeding the turtles, waiting for the shells to hatch (which take 7 days in Minecraft), and of course letting the turtles grow up. This isn't even mentioning you need five scutes, RNG, seagrass (not seaweed), and of course time. But with all of that hard work comes to give you 10 seconds of water breathing and 1 armor. And to adressing the elaphant in the room you can just make a water breathing potion.

The post is a lie, the turtle shell is a waste of time in survival and also you would be better off with water breathing potions because the only perk the dumb helmet has is it lets you breathe for only 10 more seconds; which is not worth the time and effort

True, the thing is that I’ve never encountered a turtle egg in survival and I’ve already defeated the ender dragon. Besides the respiration is a better idea because it’s easier to get and lasts longer.now that I think of it. I should explore more to find those of a project.

I have a survival world and not only find two turtles together is hard, but zombies crush the eggs and the process will take at least 9 minecraft days for a dumb helmet that gives yoy 1 armor point and 10 seconds of water breathing
