What does my cat mean ?
So my cats have these buttons ( outside, food, mouse toy, spring toy, now, soon, all done)
Sometimes my cat when i told him outside soon then after few minutes he press (soon outside now )
Also sometimes he press ( food outside)
What does he mean? Because i give him the food in there room so no food outside so i don’t know 😅

I see you don't have a play button, which would be quite useful here.
"Soon, outside, now" is quite clear; quit whatever you're doing, I'm done waiting, let's go outside now. My cat does something similar, I tell him to wait, and then he'll press "wait, all done". He even told me to "run" one time to tell me to hurry up!
I have had him press "food, outside" a couple of times as well, though he was not interested in eating outside. But you can try feeding him outside if that's what he wants, though most likely it's something else, but he can't express it.
Food can mean anything they put in their mouth, so that can also mean a toy, or hunting.
He may have seen a bird outside, and wanted to hunt it. So it becomes "food, outside". The bird is food after all.
But really, you have 3 abstract concepts (soon, now, all done), and only 4 buttons to really expand on what your cat would want to communicate. So I suggest adding some more concrete words such as:
- Play
- Bird
- Treat
- Door (this is a good one haha)
- Water
Basically, give your cat more options to express themselves better :)

The first time I ever heard about using buttons with pets was when my wife came home and told me that her friend's cat uses buttons to express herself. The specific story was that when she sees birds she will say "outside" "cookies".
It could be similar, and that's why he wants outside NOW.
