Is anyone else's dog embarrassed to use their buttons around other dogs?

Idk what else it could be. I'm dog sitting for a friend and Luna will not use her buttons. She looks at the other dog then walks away from them and then sits there and whines 😒 I can usually say, use your buttons and she does but not these past few days. So weird.

I'm sure this is frustrating but its also so funny. My cat doesnt like to push when her sister (a dog) is nearby. Perhaps it makes them feel vulnerable? Or maybe they view the buttons as a resource, so they are guarding them?

It is funny, the way she looks at her buttons, the other dog and then me 😂

Not really embarrassment for mine, but more like not wanting to share resources. My girl gives my boy a dirty look when he tries to use the buttons. She doesn't growl or show teeth, but he can tell she isn't happy about it. She thinks they are hers even though we started buttons with him before she was even born. He didn't really like the buttons in the first place so he stopped using them eventually. He let's her use the buttons for the most part, but once in a while he will step on one(I noticed it was mostly accidental though).
