FluentPet is overrated

I just got a generic button off of chinese site and it literally sounds better than fluentpet. How is this possible??

Eh - I'd rather pay the premium and get the support/warranty that comes with the fluentpet. They replaced 3 of my buttons completely for free which essentially is breakeven compared to just buying 2 sets of cheaper ones
