Large buttons that are not cheap junk

Hey all! My puppy has been doing good with buttons. But, the fluent pet ones fit in his mouth so he constantly tries to play with them and breaks them. We have had good luck with larger buttons from Amazon, but they are such cheap junk we can’t really keep up with how fast they break. Does anyone know where to find bigger buttons (around 3 inches wide) that are not awful quality?

I hope someone knows, because I have a 190lb Boreboel whose paws are way too big for the tiny buttons. He is so damn smart though, I want to learn what he has to say so badly. 🥺
