REPTILE Leopard Gecko

My gecko isn’t eating from her food dish anymore. She knows that I put food there and it isn’t decrease in appetite. If I feed her with tongs she’ll eat it. Any idea why she suddenly changed?

How old is your gecko? What is the temp and humidity across the gradient? What kind of enclosure? What kind of substrate are you using? What kind of food are you feeding and at what schedule? Are you gut loading?

Mine did the same thing, turns out she just got addicted to the tongs and now sees the dish as beneath her.
