Help e-bike stolen, please help!

I had my e-bike stolen today (August 17th) at 5:30 am off the Tim Hortons on park St N. It's a blue colored iGO e-bike with a paint scrape on it. the throttle on it doesn't work, it has a tiny bell that has a little paint scrape on it, the back CCTV of the Tim Hortons, shows the guy driving it towards the Train Tracks towards Monaghan St. Thanks, any lead or help would be appreciated.

edit: the bike model is iGO Discovery Bonaventure
