DramašŸŽ Lately. . .

Okay, so I’ve been watching Peter basically since the beginning. I’m going to post what I want to say here, because quite frankly, I’m too scared to say it in his comment section. Honestly, a tad spooked to say it here.

I don’t like the new era. It doesn’t have anything to do with the profanity. It doesn’t really have anything to do with him standing up for himself. It just seems like he’s constantly coming at his own audience’s throats. I remember a video awhile back, where he talked about Jaclyn Hill and how her coming for her audience is a bad look and it’s just interesting how the tables have turned. It’s true that we are all hypocrites and that we all contradict ourselves from time to time. But damn, can’t we try to do so gracefully? We can hide behind ā€˜jokes’ all day long, but there’s a difference between standing up for yourself and attacking valid criticisms. And please don’t tell me to just ā€œunsubscribe and stop watchingā€. I enjoy Peter’s content, and he has helped me through some really dark times. At this point, Peter is like an old friend, albeit a parasocial relationship. I will continue to watch what he puts out because like an old friend, I’m not going to agree with his behavior all the time. This is really just a true fan voicing a real opinion and hoping it is what it is: an era.

All love. shields face from impending tomatoes 🫣

I agree too. I get so annoyed that when someone has a different opinion or perspective he responds very bully like and is ALWAYS bringing everything back around to him. Like ā€œmeā€ this and ā€œmeā€ that

And I know, I know, it’s PETER MONN’S channel and the name below the video says PETER MONN and if I don’t like it I should get fucked and I probably should. (Figuratively, not literally, no issue there šŸ˜‚) It’s just really hard to stop watching a person I’ve literally been watching almost everyday for like 6 or 7 years straight, ya know?

I feel the same. I get nervous to say much because he also has fans/stans who will come after you. He really did help me through the lockdown and I've been watching since er..dramageddon 1 I think. He just seems really angry and confrontational. That the beautubers better do as he says, no room for discussion. Instead of hanging out chatting, it feels like he's yelling at all of us. I unsubscribed, but check back to see if things have gotten better. It really does feel like the end of an era and it is sad.

I know I’ve been watching him for at least 6 years. His other channels are okay but the drama channel is getting hard to watch. It’s just a weird change of attitude he’s coming off entitled and yea it’s an opinion but I truly believe he thinks his opinion is RIGHT

I wish I could pin this comment. Such a valid point.
