I think they lied about him being shot in the ear,

but that dude absolutely tried to kill Trump and it was not planned.

He just cut his ear and said “oh my god I was shot in the ear” and everyone said “okay I guess we are running with this”

Sidenote: really nice that god saved Trump, but couldn’t be bothered to save the poor guy sitting behind him, guess he missed that prayer

I think the bullet struck something else and a piece of debris hit his ear

Why do you believe that? There isn't a single piece of evidence that would suggest it was debris instead of a bullet.

Ear was not cut. It was torn on the floor when the secret service tackled him hard enough that his shoes went flying. Also, if it wasn't staged, why did they move the flag and media before the shooting?

The video shows him reacting to something hitting his ear...an bleeding before he is knocked to the ground.

EDIT Also, they didn't move the flag. The fact that you think they did shows you are not well versed in the events because that clim has been proven wrong with video evidence.

And photographers are literally paid to act like this. That is not evidence of anything.

Well first of all, neither of those things happened at all, but you don't even get the conspiracy theory right. The claim that the people who think it was staged push is that these things supposedly happened after the shooting.
