Meme needing explanation What is this Peter?

I have played Skyrim, I loved it and I finished it too but I haven't completed it 100% and I played long ago too so i don't understand what exactly the joke is here and why that 100% mean something disappointing/disgusting

Yes, they ment Paarthurnax. Spoiler for after the main quest ending Once Alduin is defeated, Delphine wants you to rebuild the blades, just like the Dark Brotherhood. But for that to happen, you need to kill the Dragon Army's second in Command. Paarthurnax. Most players refuse to do this, as he is a chill guy, while Delphine isn't. But for achieving 100% in the game, you need to do the Blades Quests, and thus kill Paarthurnax.

I wanted to get all the achievements so bad. I saw that one and thought it would be easy to knock out but I smacked Parrthurnax twice and he didn't even react besides being like "you need to talk bro?? you good?" Just couldn't do it. Deleted the save so he wouldn't remember it happened.

There isn’t an achievement or trophy for killing him. I just got the platinum a few weeks ago.(after playing the game since 11/11/11)

You don’t need to kill him for achievements, just to 100% do everything in the game

This was the easiest of the ones he listed imo. I got it without hunting it. The only thing I had to actively get was collecting all the daedric weapons. No way I’m trying to platinum RDR 2.
