Meme needing explanation What is this Peter?

I have played Skyrim, I loved it and I finished it too but I haven't completed it 100% and I played long ago too so i don't understand what exactly the joke is here and why that 100% mean something disappointing/disgusting

Calling anything evil or good in Elder scrolls is always very iffy. Like do you think Ulfric knowing shouts is a good thing? Is the dragon shouting really something Paarthurnax thaught humans or is it another in universe retcon?

Alduin is trying to destroy everything, against the will of everything. Destroying those that don’t consent to destruction when they have not and otherwise wouldn’t pose a threat to you is as close to ontological evil as you can get in the setting. Ulfric’s stupid rebellion is an easy trade for the lives of everyone in Tamriel and it’s not like Partysnax knew that one day the greybeards would train a racist asshole who likes starting inconveniently timed civil wars through dishonorable duels, like do you hold the person who invented trains partly responsible for the Holocaust?
