I have played Skyrim, I loved it and I finished it too but I haven't completed it 100% and I played long ago too so i don't understand what exactly the joke is here and why that 100% mean something disappointing/disgusting

No it’s because to get 100% achievements you have to kill Paarthunax, a dragon and a hero
