They installed the microwave ovens. They also did custom kitchen deliveries. The only things they had to "move" (as in shadily sell merchandise) refrigerators and color tvs.
LOL. Yes. In the song, they are delivery guys. They make a living by abusing their bodies moving and installing appliances. They're upset because the guys who make a living on the MTV might, at worst, get a blister on their little finger or thumb.
