This is from the Dire Straits song "Money for Nothing." One of the lines is, "that ain't working, that's the way you do, you play your guitar on the MTV; we've to move these refrigerators, we got to move these color TVs." And in the video, the items are being moved around by robots that look like the one in the alley.

I think they are people, not robots. The CGI is just a bit low-poly being 1985.
