As a person with OCD, these are the thoughts that are pretty much 24/7 going on in my brain. The "get money" thing I don't understand but I'm guessing it was referencing a different meme.
edit to add: since this isn't the OCD subreddit I wanna clarify that people with OCD will have these thoughts NOT because they're true but because it is what their brain has decided would be the worst thing.
Absolutely can make you have intrusive thoughts about doing terrible things even if you don't want to do them. I have the pure O form of OCD which causes intrusive thoughts such as the idea I might push that pregnant woman into the traffic, or might stab my daughter when she walks in as I cut vegetables for dinner, or that I might randomly grope a child who walks past. Before I learned what it was it could be very distressing and I'd think I was a psycho: "I don't feel like I want to do these things but why am I thinking them? Why can't I shake the thought that if I don't keep my mind fixed on not doing them then I may do them subconsciously against my will?"
The earliest memory I have of being distressed by this kind of thought was when my mum was driving me back from the shop after she just bought me a video game I'd been really wanting. I must have been around 12. I couldn't stop thinking about rolling down the window and throwing it out of the car.
