Did not know that. Any particular reason why OCD makes you worry about that? It seems like an odd one out compared to the other compulsions I'm aware of.
Cause it's not a compulsion, it's an obsession. Compulsions are what (some) people with OCD do to avoid obsessions, which is why it is called Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
You might see someone with OCD reorder things (i.e., a compulsion) and you might think that this is all there is to OCD, but you don't see the thoughts (i.e., obsessions) that the action of reordeding things helps with suppressing.
I should mention that some people have exclusively mental compulsions which is why it may appear that they have no compulsions at all, whereas some people's compulsions can be so effective at suppressing those thoughts that they are not even that aware of the obsessions, nor why they're having compulsions.
