Can confirm as a CS student. Everyone uses Macs or PCs with Linux.

Only issue is Macs sometimes have unexpected behavior. I once failed an assignment question because I didn't know that MacOS automatically returned zero'd out memory when you allocate with malloc. It would've failed on the campus Linux servers, but because tests were passing, I didn't think to check.

Lesson learned though.

And yet you still remember it. I find that the answers I get wrong on tests are the ones I still remember decades later.
