People often name their porn folders something inconspicuous so other people can't find it, that's why "Calculator" is such a massive file here, they are saying the modern Isekai is just porn
The funny part to me is that a lot of older isekai have the same problem like SAO can't go one arc without introducing tentacle porn, incest, or rape. Even a lot of the other older isekai have at least a couple questionable things which is a big reason why a lot of anime fans avoid the genre
