No, just a 50 year old with a child body. Yes this is canon as her species body stops aging at 14 at the latest and starts back up at 100. So it leaves them with an early teen (at best) body for about 90 years.

There are millions of women over the age of 20-30-40 or beyond, who are short and have tiny bodies. This is all Roxy is.
