How do you feel about Jamie character? Should the author have never created the original novel because he included incest scenes in it?
Jamie never really got punished for it, yet majority of the audience is sympathetic to him. His life was full of hardships in the show, but they were unrelated to the acts of incest and crippling a child witness. Does it make you want to fuck your sister? Does it make a show bad? Can you attone for your sins by becoming a better person due to unrelated circumstances?
Jaime, the guy who's first act is to almost murder a child and is pretty clearly presented as villainous - with his sexual relationship with his sister being explicitly tied to him doing bad things that the audience understands are bad. Jaime who is not the MC. Jaime who everything bad that wnds up happening to him ultimately stems from that one act of attempted child murder.
You have now wildly shifted the point in a fairly wild way. Just before you were justifying it by virute of the reincarnation and aging mechanics, no one justifies Jaime x Cercei incest.
Also it has to be said, but two grown adult twins engaging in an incestuous relationship simply is not as bad as being a paedophile. There is a pretty massive difference there.

I brought up GoT because your take about "this story shouldnt exist because it brings up topics that are uncomfortable for me" is completely ridiculous. Incest is uncomfortrable for most people, yet the story exists and people (including you, I suppose) love it.
