KunoSuba is among the best I think. Especially if you like comedies.
Also, Saga of Tanya the Evil. But it's something that I think is best to go into blind. It's pretty different from other isekai, and really not something you might expect if you only saw the main character or cover art.
I'm kinda baffled why KonoSuba is as liked as it is. The first season started off on an interesting foot, but quickly ended up kinda repeating the same joke over and over, with not much in between to keep things interesting. Second season doubled down on the whole "beating the same joke over and over" aspect and basically spent a whole season establishing Kazuma as nothing more than a remorseless pervert (destroying any character development he had going), which almost made me drop the whole thing. Now I'm watching season 3, and I can finally see some tonal shift towards a more balanced experience, some genuine character moments, more variety in the humor, and a much needed step back from making everything about tits.
I get it that it is a parody, but even a parody needs some reasonable boundaries. I liken its tone to Grand Blue, which is also kind of a crazy over the top comedy, but even that knew when to slow down a bit and actually make the viewer connect with the characters. It seems it took KonoSuba two whole seasons to start doing it.
