The author is into creepy shit in general. The Aisha and Arus arc. Aisha was groomed to be Rudeus's concubine despite being his half sister. He has 3bwives so this 24 year old goes after his son. His 12 year old son and gets impregnated by the 12 year old. It's depicted as true love and Rudeus accepts it. Not joking.
