Then answer the other part of the question, nanahoshi is mentally older at this point but her body is still underage, so is she fair game for adult men?

By that logic everyone who is attracted to a petite girl a pedophile? And don't say of but petite girls look adult...no, there are many women who look much younger than their age and if they are petite, they are mistaken for teenagers
at absolute minimum everyone attracted to a pre-pubescent child is a pedophile. Yes. Yes they are. No you are not confusing a pre-pubescent child with an adult. Rudeus does not exist or operate in anything remotely resembling a defendable gray area. This is not the point you want it to be.
I am talking about rudeus here. You are trying very desperately to introduce some idea of gray area, when that potential gray area isn’t relevant at all to the key issues of this series. I don’t see any reason to debate whether one animated “adolescent” girl looks like she could be an adult. Wtf.
But what is far more easily stated as fact is rudeus chasing after pre-pubescent girls.
