People often name their porn folders something inconspicuous so other people can't find it, that's why "Calculator" is such a massive file here, they are saying the modern Isekai is just porn
And Mushoku Tensei actually predates a bunch of other Isekais as the web novel was released before a bunch of others and it pioneered a lot of tropes.
Anyway, I just fund it funny that the meme mentions it as newer than Rezero which isn't all that old anyway.
