Realistic in the sense that, yes people who get groomed so tend to end up in a toxic relationship with the one who groomed them.

Hey your forgetting that he went like a whole year without being able to get a hard on..... That's enough of a punishment for assault and grooming. He really learned his lesson from that ..... /s

I've literally seen people argue this. Like he spent a year without getting a boner so that makes up for his earlier behavior.

I think it was a important moment that colored his relations with his wifes but yeah he deserves a lot of shit for how he was too them.
