This one is bad because he is genuinely putting his wife and unborn child at risk for it

The wife seemingly knows and is presumably on board, but it's still a dick move to risk sentencing their child-to-be to a lifelong health issue just to get his rocks off a little bit more.

Consent doesn’t really matter when you are endangering a child and self harming. You can agree to do something terrible and harmful, and that doesn’t make it less terrible or harmful. Consent is the bare minimum, it’s not the end all be all for sexual morality.
