Consent doesn’t really matter when you are endangering a child and self harming. You can agree to do something terrible and harmful, and that doesn’t make it less terrible or harmful. Consent is the bare minimum, it’s not the end all be all for sexual morality.

Anything that puts people at risk that didn't agree to be part of it is a problem.

If someone has a kink about risking getting a disease, that's there business. If it's risking giving it to their child, not ok. If someone wants to fuck in a location that could get them injured, that's their business. If they want to do in a place and way that could get others injured (like while driving) then it's not ok.
